About the role:

The mission of the Trade Processing AVP is to ensure all activity within the area is processed up to the standards and controls documented by the Global Monitoring Framework and RCSA. The role's primary function is to execute the team’s processes that support the various business units of Asset Management, Treasury, ECM, ILS, and others. The position primarily focuses on the trade capture of the various business units trade executions. The purpose of this position is to centralize the trade processing functions within one group (AM Operations) dealing with trade input and trade amendments and related functions across various business units within Asset Management.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Transaction Bookings: Purchases, Sales, Capital Calls, Distributions.
  • Trade Amendments to the above transaction bookings
  • Break resolution between Aladdin and Hiport, AGT, TAMA, MX3.1 and Efront
  • Processing Voluntary Corporate Actions
  • Trade Entry and related tasks: Duration trades for Product Control, Shadow bookings in dual systems, own shares bookings as well as reconciliation between Trading systems and Aladdin
  • BLT uploads (Bulk Load Trader)
  • Test Trade Support across trading systems
  • Manual Entry of structured Bespoke transactions

About You:

  • Bachelor Degree Business Administration, Finance or similar
  • Working knowledge of Aladdin, Hiport, Murex 3.1 and Bloomberg
  • Strong and Detailed Product knowledge of Government bonds, Corporates, Equities, Futures. Derivatives, Private Debt, Private Equity and Direct Real Estate
  • Strong computer skills in terms of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Coding skills for VBA/SQA and other preferable
  • Must be well organized and disciplined
  • Must have strong communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must be able to support multiple priorities and tasks
  • Strong time management skills to meet strict deadlines
