ITM Analyst position will perform day to day activities of the ITM Team as it relates to all Asset Management ( and also non-AM ) related securities and cash flows, including interactions with custodians and brokers as well as reconciliations support.  Position will also hold responsibility for creating and maintaining proper controls so that day to day activities are adhered to for a controlled and low risk environment.  In addition to the day to day requirements, this position places a significant emphasis on Ad-hoc projects to support innovations and systems enhancements within AM BS. 

The role also gives great exposure across the whole spectrum of both AM and non-AM activity. There will be much to learn across the business, but there will also be the possibility to make a real difference in a relatively changing and dynamic business area.


About the Role:


Functions to include but not limited to the following:

  • Execute payments/settlements/corporate actions for Asset Management Business Services
  • Ensure payment/settlements confirmations with external parties and support post-settlement reconciliation
  • Request and confirm standard settlement instruction setup across AM system landscape
  • Monitor and respond to all e-mails in ITM e-mail boxes.
  • Troubleshooting all exceptions within team's day to day processes
  • Coordinate and implement testing for all AM system updates
  • BCM backup for Bratislava ITM team
  • Pro-active management of RCSA’s as it pertains to teams functions
  • Direct interaction with Internal and External Audit, Risk Management, and Compliance
  • Directs continuous improvement activities of operational processes to increase efficiencies, enhance quality, reduce costs, standardize systems, and/or add value for the company
  • Coordinate, support and supervise the development of AMBS objectives, and monitor departmental goals and action plans efficiently


About You:



  • Knowledge of Aladdin, Apex, Swift and Murex.
  • Financial background in work and / or academics strongly recommended
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Bloomberg and Reuters experience helpful
  • Identify, Lead, and Support innovations / business projects to help facilitate efficiency of current and new business
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate with individuals and groups in a range of settings, including presenting complex issues to groups and building support for the execution of new strategies, initiatives, and approaches
  • Willingness to learn and flexibility to take on new tasks and challenges
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Must be able to handle daily stress and manage strict deadlines
