About the role


  • Position with experience in Insurance, in handling International Business and industry knowledge
  • Support of underwriters on the end-to-end process
  • Actively contributing to the Operations team spirit and also to Property growth portfolio
  • Accountable to deliver timely and accurate business processing also during peak times
  • Ability to provide administrative and technical support for the Property business unit
  • Ability to adapt fast growth, change and demand
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people in a multi-cultural environment
  • Project involvement


  • Enter and maintain information in systems and tools, including documents, process changes and associated open/completed tasks
  • Prepare international program structure in cooperation with the underwriters
  • Regularly interaction with external customers (brokers/insureds)
  • Prepare policies, certificates and all other contractual documentation
  • Collaborate on the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures, system and tool improvements, and testing/ piloting changes
  • High level of interaction and coordination with team members
  • Conduct initial deal analysis and prepare applicable account data
  • Support underwriters in organizing and preparing data for client meetings, and also participate to the meeting
  • Compile, sort, review and verify data accuracy using source documents, detect errors, and initiate correction while following-up with customer or process owner regarding any inconsistencies found.
  • Perform assigned rule-based tasks following standard operating procedures


About You

Technical Competencies for this Job:

  • Demonstrate analytical skills in order to determine and communicate recommendations to customers
  • Ability to adapt to changes in tasks and priorities, to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data following established processes and procedures
  • Demonstrate profound computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Package (Special focus on Excel)
  • Demonstrate competency in accounting principles
  • Ability to identify and report problems or errors while working with significant amounts of detailed information
  • Applies knowledge to technical and processing tasks through daily activities and responsibilities



  • License or Master Degree
  • Insurance certificates or diplomas desirable
  • First job experience required



  • Excellent communication skills (reading, written and verbal)
  • Fully proficient in French and English
