About the Team

Work in a multidisciplinary team with opportunity for a journey of great learning; autonomy to present innovative proposals for value generation; opportunity to interact with teams from international locations. The Food & Agriculture team has the mandate to develop, originate, structure and sell risk transfer solutions for corporations active across the agricultural supply chain.The unit's clients are mainly input suppliers, farming operations, cooperatives, and logistics and trading companies, raw material processors, banks and other financial institutions.

 

About You

  • Studying exact sciences (preferably Meteorology, Physics, Statistics or Mathematics) or actuarial sciences 

  • Advanced English (reading/writing); Desirable Spanish 

  • Knowledge in Statistics and Modeling 

  • Intermediate knowledge in R 

  • Desirable knowledge in SQL and Power BI 

  • Desirable knowledge in Meteorology and Remote Sensing 

  • Desirable knowledge in the Insurance or Agro market 

 

About the Role

 

  • Risk modeling in the agro insurance market 

  • Involvement in Analytics projects for product segmentation 

  • Involvement in Business Intelligence and Market Intelligence routines 

  • Data curation and administration
