About the Role

 

As part of the Retail Business Strategy (Standard) team, the intern will work closely and strongly with all areas of the company - local and global - and external partners. Its main activities will be:

 

  • Interact and collaborate with key stakeholders and experts across the company.
  • Develop knowledge in the insurance sector covering the entire production chain – from the arrival of the quotation to the issuance of the policy and claims.
  • Support the elaboration of artifacts and support all roles involved in the Scrum Methodology (knowledge in other agile methods will be appreciated).
  • Support internal communication initiatives.
  • Learn and disseminate the agile model ensuring its maximum efficiency and quality of delivery of the final product in an exemplary manner to the company.
  • Support the management of tribes and squads related to the construction of a new business model aimed at retail marketing.

 

About the team

 

The Retail Business Strategy (Standard) team aims to build the business model that enables the retail marketing of insurance with the private bank partner and reference in the market, as well as, acts in the simplification of business processes and contribution of technological innovation in the production chain, always supported by good practices of agile methods.

 

About you (requirements)

 

  • At least 2 full years of study for a bachelor's degree in Business, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering or technology areas.
  • Desirable advanced knowledge in Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Problem solving skills with good analytical skills.
  • Accurate and pragmatic verbal and written communication.
  • Desirable Intermediate English (Other languages are appreciated)
  • Proactive, dynamic and organized.
  • Holistic, process-oriented vision.
  • In tune of the new technological trends of the market.
  • Curious to explore and learn new agile methodologies and project management.
