About the Role:

Become a part of a growing and dynamic entrepreneurial team within the established Swiss Re Group. iptiQ is a start-up unit, established to provide innovative protection solutions directly to consumers. Our team delivers the coordination, infrastructure and competences that are key to driving forward this new business; working closely with our partners and clients. As the Sales Oversight/  Quality Assurance Specialist, you will:

  1. Assist with the ongoing oversight of iptiQ distribution partners and support the Sales Oversight Manager in achieving departmental goals and objectives
  2. Review and evaluate sales performance and compliance of distributor partner agents through use of call recordings
  3. Document results of quality assessment findings and assist with performing trend analyses
  4. Reports findings and provides objective and effective feedback to Sales Oversight Manager or other key stakeholders
  5. Assists with researching internal inquiries or complaints as needed
  6. Maintain working knowledge of applicable company policies, CMS regulations, and other regulatory guidance associated with the Life and Health insurance industry
  7. Provides recommendations and participates in analysis of processes and procedures to improve accuracy/efficiency
  8. Perform other duties as assigned



About the Team:
We are a relatively new business unit within Swiss Re, called iptiQ Americas, established to deliver innovative Life & Health insurance solutions sold to consumers. Our team delivers products, infrastructure and competences key to driving forward this new business, while working closely with our mother company. Our mission is to reduce the protection gap by simplifying life insurance and making it more accessible to people. iptiQ Americas, a new Life & Health insurance company, provides white-label life insurance propositions for a diverse range of distributors across a variety of distribution channels, and has ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will have a unique opportunity to support the management and oversight of our distribution partners. You will be part of the Marketing & Sales team committed to drive sustainable and long-term success for our business.


About you:  

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years related work experience in US L&H insurance in one or more of the following; Claims, Compliance, Sales Quality Assurance role required
  • Experience with evaluating sales and compliance performance through call monitoring required
  • Strong knowledge of Life, Medicare and senior market sales required
  • Experience with sales call center environments preferred
  • Detail-oriented, able to analyze a large volume of call recordings with a high level of accuracy
  • Must have strong listening, comprehension and analytical skills
  • Fast learner and ability to think critically
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • MS Office/Internet proficiency
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and be agile in delivering strong results with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work well individually and in a team environment
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service
