About the Team

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions China is now looking to build business with personal insurance products sold under the brands of existing and new distribution partners. Execution of this strategy is via a B2B2C model across a variety of primary platforms.
In this role, you will assist Partner Onboarding Team Leader in defining personal lines partnership onboarding processes, procedures and service standards. You will work with cross functional teams to collect business requirements, test systems and deliver timely integrations with all business partners. You have a customer-first mindset and love to handle detailed things like requirements, processes, procedures and love to exceed customer satisfaction. 


About the Role

•    Lead and coordinate the business partner onboarding process, including partner due diligence, partner setup as well as the tech integration with partner tech platform via API or H5.
•    Lead the partner tech platform integration UAT as project manager to support the business launch on partner platform in a timely basis
•    Manage and coordinate interdependencies between projects and work streams across Business Unit or Operation Unit, to ensure issues and challenges regarding the partner tech platform integration are resolved proactively 
•    Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the effective capturing of business requirements and commitment to project objectives
•    Responsible for steering / stakeholder meetings, communication of status, issues, risks
•    Other roles and responsibilities as assigned by the Partner Onboarding team leader

About You
•    You are very passionate about business processes, system requirements and love to communicate with business functional users to solve problems
•    You are good at writing, analytical and well-organized
•    You like technologies, mobile applications, and artificial intelligence etc., and dare to try new things to operations
•    You pay attention to details and feel compassionate about partners and customers
•    You have curiosity, intellectual capabilities and perseverance to continuously improvement your processes 
•    You are patient in handling external stakeholders such as distribution partners and other ecosystem partners
•    You can work under time constraints and pressure, and are excellent at handling conflicts and complaints from various stakeholders
•    You are influencing and can communicate your ideas to all key stakeholders clearly

•    College degree or higher in business, computer science, information tech etc.
•    PMP Certificate is preferred

•    Fluency in English

Professional experience
•    5+ years of internet insurance experiences in P&C and/or Life/Health insurance companies
•    Experience in partner platform onboarding processes and procedures etc., and have skills in handling large and complex partner onboarding projects
•    Experience in business requirement analysis
•    Experience in project management and coordination, and have skills in setting up plans, metrics and tools to ensure a timely and quality delivery or project
•    Familiarity with insurance company end to end operations
•    Demonstrated experience in managing multi-line online insurance products such as travel, accident, medical, critical illness and other P&C personal product lines
•    In-depth understanding of local P&C market, frequent issues, compliance, and regulatory requirements on claims
•    Understanding of digital marketing, mobile technologies, big data and artificial intelligence, and its application in customer satisfaction and efficiency improvement

•    Outstanding interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
