About the Team

Swiss Re Corporate Solutions China is now looking to build business with personal insurance products sold under the brands of existing and new distribution partners. Execution of this strategy is via a B2B2C model across a variety of primary platforms.

As a Partnership Support Administrator, you will provide daily supports to Partnership Marketing team for the Personal Lines business in the areas of partnership initiation, negotiation, proposal, contracting, onboarding and post sales services such as sales statistics, commission management and other end consumer related customer services matters. The role involves a high degree of interaction and coordination with Partnership Marketing Managers and other internal / external functional departments such as Products and Operations, as well as business partners such as legal, compliance and technology teams.

You will be part of a team of partnership marketing to explore a variety of industries, support Partnership Marketing Managers to build up the partnership pipelines, to organize co-marketing events and to analyze the partners' production, etc. 
 

About the Role

•    Provide strong support over the full life cycle of partnership development from initiation to post sales services, by offering timely and professional interactions with distribution partners
•    Support Partnership Marketing Managers to analyze the target partners and the specified business scenario, explore the business opportunities, and participate in designing the tailor-made insurance solutions
•    Support Partnership Marketing Managers to monitor and analyze partners' production (GWP, trend, etc.)
•    Keep tracking daily sales data, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and support monthly, quarterly and annual forecast development
•    Coordinate with internal supporting departments (teams) to ensure paperwork, commission handling, marketing materials, customer services and approvals etc. to be obtained on time
•    Support Partnership Marketing Managers in marketing solution design, and marketing promotion activities
•    Participate in system test, partner on-boarding and product launch
•    Complete other jobs as requested by line manager
 

About You

•    Strong service mindset and client-oriented 
•    Outstanding attention to details to identify errors and discrepancies while working with multiple sources of information
•    Ability to coordinate, evaluate, and prioritize personal workload while balancing multiple accounts
•    Ability to adapt to frequent technical and operational improvements
•    Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively under pressure with all levels of employees and management
•    Sound business judgment

Education
•    Equivalent university degree or higher
•    Major in business, communications, marketing, insurance

Languages
•    Chinese Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading and writing) is a must
•    Fluent command of English is a plus

Professional experience
•    3+ years' relevant work experience within P&C primary insurance, including at least 2 years' experience in mainland China
•    2+ years' relevant work experience in digital A&H insurance is a plus
•    Successful track records in partnership support (sales support)
•    Demonstrated skills in collaborating and coordinating resources across internal departments, to develop appealing customized material and proposals for partners in various aspects while within allowed budget
•    Experience in digital marketing is preferred
•    Experience in FinTech and InsurTech is a plus
