About the Role

As a User Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the whole process UX design of digital insurance products, services and marketing activities on the web and mobile end, including from user needs analysis to information architecture, wireframe, user flow, behavior design and prototype, and then to the product implementation. You will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of UX and UI design specifications, interaction processes, and the establishment of the corresponding KPI system and capabilities. You will participate in product planning discussions and work with other colleagues to promote product implementation and achieve win-win results for both user and business goals.You will also have a great opportunity to bring in your skills and expertise in the digital areas for Personal Lines to improve our user experience, conversion funnel and finally drive business. In this role, you will also work closely with the iptiQ global and APAC regional teams across product development, marketing, communications and other functions.


Main tasks/activities (In brief statements describe the main accountabilities of the job and specify responsibilities)
UX and UI Design
•    Responsible for the whole process UX design of digital insurance products, services and marketing activities, including web end and mobile end 
•    Responsible for web and mobile user interface design of digital insurance products, services and marketing activities 
•    Responsible for the interaction design of web and mobile terminals of digital insurance products, services and marketing activities 
•    Cooperate with partners, plan and deliver high-quality digital insurance product UX and UI design, output professional value under the B2B2C business model
•    Establish and maintain UX and UI design specifications, interaction process, meet user needs and have excellent visual expression, ensure the consistency and universality of the experience, improve the efficiency of experience and design
•    Build UX KPIs and analytics capabilities as well as implement tools with digital-native journeys across the B2B2C and B2C marketing value chain – we want to stand out as the most digital friendly partner internally and externally
User Study
•    Plan and lead primary and secondary marketing research to understand consumer purchase behavior and consumer insights
•    Track and analyze user feedback, propose optimization scheme based on data analysis, and continuously optimize user experience, improve utilization rate and conversion rate through A/ B test, usability test and other methods 
•    Test and evaluate the usability of the existing digital insurance products and services, put forward improvement plans, and continuously optimize the user experience of the products and services
•    Stay abreast of and analyze UX/UI design trends study the needs of target users, experience demands and aesthetic tendency, and quickly translate the research results into optimization scheme
•    Study and apply Behavior Economics in UX/UI design
•    Supports regulatory and internal required reports and communications
•    Sources and manages vendors and tools to support execution

About You

•    You have high integrity 
•    A University degree or equivalent in design related majors
•    Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese Mandarin
•    Fluent in written and oral English
Professional Experience
•    10+ years of professional-level UX experience, more than 4 years working experience in internet or mobile internet company 
•    Able to independently complete product interface design, interaction design and user research, have complete project case and design leading experience, solid basic skills
•    Equipped with UX and UI related professional knowledge, methods and rich practical experience 
•    Proficient in user research, usability testing, A/B testing and other methods and tools, strong data analysis ability, good at data driven user experience optimization
•    Strategic thinking plus excellent execution
Other Skills Required
•    Proficient in using software and tools of UX design, including but not limited to Axure, sketch, AI/PS, Adobe/InVision, able to provide high-quality product prototype, flow chart, product interface and other clear design expression scheme
•    Portfolio required
•    Outstanding interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
