About the Role

Can you lead and engage across diverse locations and cultures, especially cross-functional team? If so, we have an opportunity that could be just what you seek, to join our Life & Health team as a Digital Platform Solutions Manager.

As a Digital Platform Solutions Manager, you will

 

Drive the Digital Solutions Program with identified Life & Health clients and partners:

end-to-end programme manage new digital product launches for Life and Health, for both conventional and alternative insurance partners.

 

Originate and lead a sales pipeline of products and Innovations:

working with Solutions Groups team members, local client managers, Products and wider cross functional teams to localize and execute differentiated new products for today and tomorrow, with the aim to grow the health & medical business and enhance Swiss Re's       reputation as market leaders in innovation.

 

Act as subject matter expert for partnership driven product solutions:

internally via business case formulation, partner selection and relationship management and leading related data analytics projects to commercialise solutions; externally as opinion leader to engage clients and promote business opportunities

 

Inform and influence key internal stakeholders:

on client/ consumer needs and market development to ensure ongoing competitiveness of our Solutions and service offerings.

 

Collaborate with your internal stakeholders:

(XFT, Solutions, Client Markets) to ensure cohesive, strategically aligned delivery of our service proposition

 

About the Team

 

The Solutions Team drives the product and proposition development initiatives for South East Asia and India. They will work closely with the local client managers and cross functional team in creating new protection concepts, promoting them to SR's reinsurance clients and partners, and bringing them to market.  This requires an in-depth understanding of the health and medical insurance landscape of the region, across the value chain of distribution, product development, risk management and operations. 

Working closely with the Regional Solutions Group, the Digital Platform Solutions Manager will drive SR's thought leadership in the local markets, engage with the wider industry stakeholders and regulators on key trends and reforms, and manages the business portfolio for health and medical.

 

About You

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in project management and/or running digital programmes
  • Strong knowledge of:

                  digital insurance/reinsurance ecosystem and distribution models

                  insurance products and propositions

                 data solutions and potential use cases for digital

  • Proven track record in problem solving and delivering digital projects
  • Great organization and communication skills, as well as an ability to work cross-functionally
  • Driven and motivated personalities looking to supercharge their careers
  • Candidates with regional experience and networks will be preferred
