About the Role

Are you passionate about crafting Life & Health Insurance product solutions that are consumer-centric, capitalizing on tech, data and digital platform distribution partners?

Can you look beyond the traditional practices and pave the new pathway for the business? If so, this role may be what you're looking for.

 

The role of the Partnership Manager is to build and promote key partnership relationships for Swiss Re with digital platforms. This includes Life & Health product solution origination, project management, account maintenance and key relationship development.

The Partnership Manager will be part of Life & Health Solutions team for SEA.

You will work closely with the local client managers and cross functional team in launching new L&H product concepts on digital platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1.  Lead and manage sales pipeline of L&H digital products (40%)

     a. Develop & maintain key relationship with digital distribution partners.

     b. Support the development of SEA Life & Health Digital strategy, including building of business plan and monitoring of business critical metrics

2. Originate and drive Digital Product Solutions (40%)

     a. Commercialize L&H Product solutions to meet insurers and partners' strategic growth aspiration and SR's business objectives.

     b. Act as a subject matter expert for partnership-driven product solutions: formulate business case, partner selection and influence product design.

     c. End-to-end project management of new digital product launches for Life and Health

3. Thought Leadership & Change Leader (20%)

     a. Inform and influence key internal stakeholders on partner needs and market development to ensure ongoing competitiveness of our Solutions and service offerings.

     b. Drive SR's thought leadership on digital agenda across SEA markets, engage with the wider industry partners and regulators on key trends and reforms.

 

About You

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience. Less experienced candidate will be considered for Assistant Vice President
  • Hands on experience in building business cases for digital platform, distribution channels, or Fintech / Insurtech / Healthtech / E-commerce / Start-ups
  • Strong ownership, focus on outputs and passion for success with strong project management skills to execute new projects
  • Strong background in accident & health product launches
  • Passionate about opportunities driven by technology with grit to inspire change to status quo
  • Ability to demonstrate significant understanding of
  • Digital insurance/reinsurance ecosystem and distribution models
  • Insurance products and propositions
  • Data analytics and potential use cases
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience of working with various Asian cultures;
  • Candidates with regional experience and networks will be preferred
