About the Role

The role scope will include the following:


Key responsibilities:

  • Coordination of operational collateral for the iptiQ ANZ team;
  • Coordination and support with relevant governance processes and tools including tracking obligations (ACT), operating rhythms, meeting frameworks/agenda/collateral/minutes and actions;
  • Oversee and analyse business as usual services including monitoring KPI's and SLA's ensuring services meet desired quality and time objectives;
  • Coordinate governance activities with service delivery partners including outsourcing reviews, self-assessment, audit responses, contract delivery review;
  • Support reporting function and development of local and global meeting collateral;
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure quality of operational performance and effective, early communication of risks and/or issues;
  • Support and track day to day operational queries and issues with service providers and ensuring iptiQ's brand and reputation are maintained through speedy and quality resolution;
  • Work with Head of Operations to identify new technology and solutions to bring efficiencies to Operations BAU processing;
  • Work with Head of Operations and relevant team members to ensure accurate and timely regulatory data submissions; and
  • Provide secretariat support for Operations team as required.


About the Team

The Operations Team supports iptiQ ANZ by managing operational functions including operating rhythms, meeting support, reporting, outsourcing and partner assessment for our service delivery and brand partners.


About You

You will require:


Educational background/experience:

  • Experience in proactive stakeholder management with brand and service provider partners;
  • Experience in team support roles including effective meeting management; and
  • Advanced level of capability with Microsoft applications including, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio.
