Senior Client Manager

About the Role
You will work across the ANZ Globals portfolio in support of the Market Head P&C. You will be the voice of the client, a catalyst for sales excellence and work with the client leadership teams, to understand, prioritize, differentiate & execute client needs. 


This role will enable you to use your experience, skills & capabilities in a multidisciplinary environment and help you further unlock your potential in the client management space and across the broader P&C business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Client Executive and Market Head P&C in managing global business relationships for ANZ Globals across all business lines, functions, and geographies;

  • Co-develop and execute client strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with client motivations, needs, priorities, and risk and capital drivers;

  • Lead or support deal teams for core business and transactions, ensuring top-quality execution of client planning, renewals, deal opportunities, and portfolio performance improvement;

  • Originate profitable growth-oriented business and actively manage in-force portfolios, leveraging SR Group’s full capabilities; and

  • Contribute to and support C-suite and top-level meetings, collaborate with broader P&C teams, develop and maintain a professional network, and prepare presentations, briefings, project proposals, and discussion notes.

 

About You

  • Successful track record in business development, negotiation, consultative sales and sound decision making with senior stakeholders;

  • Re/insurance property & casualty background – UW experience preferred;

  • Outstanding understanding of market dynamics and trends, re/insurance products and evolving client needs;

  • Proven track record of building productive and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at senior management level; and

  • Engaging team builder and networker who thrives in a multicultural environment and fosters long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

You will join a focused and committed client leadership team that is part of an interconnected global community. You will work with a cross functional team of experts encompassing key members from the CUO team, Claims team, Solutions, Transactions and Business Development teams to ensure the client management is a holistic approach bringing the best of Swiss Re's expertise to the table.
