About the Role:

 

As a Content Manager/Copywriter, you will be responsible for positioning Swiss Re as a thought leader and leading risk knowledge company by creating compelling content that drives conversations and impact with key audiences. You

will be responsible for writing and editing content (articles, blogs, speeches etc.) in support of global campaigns, key research publications and other group positioning efforts.

 

Your responsibilities:  

•    Position Swiss Re as a thought leader and leading risk knowledge company in the industry
•    Produce relevant content (articles, blogs, editorials etc) and based on analytics data, adapt to increase engagement and traffic 
•    Develop key messages and ensure alignment across regions and consistent implementation across channels
•    Support development and execution of communications plans and campaigns 
•    Provide communications support to research projects
•    Successfully utilise digital and social media
•    Foster relationships and networks with key stakeholders within and outside of Group Comms 
•    Follow and apply content marketing trends 
•    Stay on top of relevant content strategy developments
•    Manage relevant budget for maximum impact
•    Measure success based on KPIs

About You:

 

You have:
•    > 3 years of professional-level experience in journalism or a related-field
•    Outstanding storytelling, writing and editing skills
•    Excellent understanding of global issues and trends. Knowledge of re/insurance business is a plus.
•    Ability to quickly get overview of complex matters and synthesize findings
•    A strategic thinker with a global mind set delivering hands-on communication services on daily basis. 
•    Strong results orientation and ability to challenge status quo. 
•    Strong analytical and conceptual skills
•    Solid planning/project management competence
•    Strong team mentality and can-do attitude. 
•    Solid influencing/networking capabilities
•    English (native preferred). Other European language(s) desirable
