About the Role
The Executive Office is looking for a hardworking team member to support the activities at the heart of the Business Unit Corporate Solutions. This is an exciting role with a variety of challenges in a very vibrant environment. Activities range from process and project management over influencing strategy and governance related topics to independent analysis of initiatives impacting the entire company and people agenda. This is your chance to create transparent impacts.

You will be joining a very engaged team committed to continuously improving Corporate Solutions. You will have to collaborate closely with partners across Corporate Solutions, Human Resources and the Swiss Re Group. The role reports into the Head Executive Office Corporate Solutions and you will be responsible for:
• You will drive and/or support initiatives in the context of client commitment, productivity, simplification, people, organizational and interpersonal topics. This includes research, data analysis, creating partner consensus, paired with the ability to communicate and present in an engaging fashion.
• The CEO Corporate Solutions, Head Executive Office and HR Corporate Solutions team are your main partners in driving sustainable improvement projects
• You are dedicatedly supporting all sorts of regular ad-hoc tasks but are also supporting the coordination and delivery of core Human Resources processes


About the Team
The team is located in Zurich and Bratislava and provides strategic and advisory support company wide. Further we drive and support BU relevant initiatives, with a current focus on Productivity, Talent and Organisational topics. In short: We enable the CEO and the Corporate Solutions Executive Committee to drive the strategic and operationally relevant topics. In our roles, we build and maintain positive relationships with our clients, while remaining objective and independent at all times. We advise, counsel and coach leaders in all matters around management and solutions.

About You
• Minimum of 5 years of experience ideally as a consultant or project coordinator, knowledge of the re/insurance industry is of advantage
• Strategic thinker focused on delivering results
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking capabilities, i.e. translate ideas into clear and consistent priorities as well as an easy to understand story line
• Sound sense of ownership and dedication for your assignments, including attention to detail and accuracy
• Outstanding organisational skills, previously proven in committee management and/or project management
• Excels at building rapport and networks; influences others to achieve outcomes
• Ability to deal positively with ambiguity and conflict, easily navigating through unstructured situations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English is a prerequisite and any other language is an asset
• Show drive and agility with a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to win
• Service provider mentality who can work effectively under time pressure
• Cultural sensitivity, knowing how to interact effectively in various business cultures
• Sophisticated user of MS Office suite (in particular Power Point and Excel)
• Strong standout colleague who promotes teamwork and collaboration across units and countries
