About the Role

You will have a chance to work closely with Group Tax Management Team and the Senior Strategy & Business Manager supporting the delivery of the department day-to-day operations and facilitate effective decision-making.


In this role your main responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the annual department budget planning activities & lead cost management reporting process by facilitating cost planning, projection and tracking in collaboration with group cost controllers.

  • Oversee Group Tax projects portfolio budget including bi-annual review of project costs with project owners.

  • Act as primary contact point to CFO Office requests, coordinating, preparing, and ensuring timely and high-quality submission of various department deliverables (incl. quarterly KPIs reporting/ project status updates, project business cases, budget/ headcount forecasts, etc.

  • Support the development of internal communications/management presentations including articles for Newsletters, Group Tax enterprise portal page, presentations to senior executives, etc.

  • Provide project management support on projects

  • Act as a sounding partner and deputy to the Senior Strategy & Business Manager.

About the Team


You would be a part of the Strategy & Business Management team. Our mandate is to act as business partner to the Head Group Tax and Management Team in the operationalization of Group Tax Vision and Aspiration. We are focused on delivering benefits to our partners and are a highly collaborative and dynamic team.


About you


  • University degree in business administration, finance, or similar field

  • Experience in a similar role covering finance and planning or in a business/project management role

  • Results oriented, "can-do" mentality complemented with strong analytical capabilities, able to break down complexity, organise yourself, tasks and people around you

  • Keen to take an end-to-end ownership for assigned tasks and recognize dependencies to other areas

  • Strong project management/planning skills

  • Ability to lead initiatives and think outside of the box

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shown success in working in a highly matrixed environment

  • Demonstrate ability to build and handle relationships across the hierarchies

  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach using teamwork across organisations

  • Highly flexible, engaged and accountable

  • Outstanding communicator in English (verbal and written)

  • Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, fast in learning new tools
