About the role

We are offering an exciting opportunity in HR technology to work on global, centralised and standardised integrated system landscape and craft our cloud-based offerings. To support the team, we look for an experienced HR Digitisation Consultant for Payroll. The role is responsible for various HR modules, with the primary focus on Payroll and Payroll Integration between SuccessFactors and ADP GlobalView / GDMS (SAP HCM).


  • You are in the respective Centre of Expertise, improving customer experience, accelerating digitization and innovation.
  • You are following SuccessFactors and ADP releases, and roadmaps for new/changed features and capabilities.
  • You act as the Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) within HR for all payroll system related topics on a global basis
  • You lead the entire payroll system change management process in collaboration with partners in HR, IT and Finance
  • You handle payroll system incident management process
  • You are driving and developing a customer focused, result and solution oriented mindset and culture.
  • You are deputizing your team-mates next to your areas of responsibilities.
  • You are leading and supporting current and future implementation projects.


About the team

We are the global HR Digitisation & Automation team that runs the HR technology agenda with big vendors (SuccessFactors, ADP, WorkForce) and we close gaps with specific solutions. We have a fully integrated cloud landscape using SuccessFactors. We are live with payroll on ADP GlobalView (6 countries) and ADP GDMS / Streamline (20 countries) with full SuccessFactors EC to SAP ERP integration.


Our approach is fully supported by agile methodologies to ensure end-to-end responsibility, quicker time to market and to help us center our work on the customer experience we want to deliver. We look after the functional aspects of these systems and advising HR how technology and its innovation can best support their topics and processes. We ensure smooth operations and support/drive projects to further develop and digitize solutions provided to line managers, employees and HR.


About you

  • Are you passionate about HR and HR processes and have a minimum of 3 years of working experience with SuccessFactors, and minimum 3 years in SAP HCM Payroll in a functional or business consulting role?
  • Do you possess a sound experience in areas related to payroll, like Employee Central, Benefits and Finance integration
  • Are you strong in deep client-facing consulting within project and change management (ideally SCRUM)?
  • Can you deploy tailored solutions and do you master full SuccessFactors suite in implementation projects?
  • Do you have good communication and presentation skills and are you able to liaise with all levels of employees across different business functions?


If you can answer all those questions with yes, then we are looking for you. The role also requires strong social and analytical skills, an individual who is a hardworking and forward-thinking thinker, open for change, proficient in English, and has a graduate degree (BA or higher).
