We offer you a unique role with great exposure to Reinsurance Management and Operations teams!

 

This is excellent opportunity to grow personally and professionally. Our role requires you to "connect the dots and people" and assist in setting priorities and driving execution towards our strategic ambition. This is not an administrative role; it is highly strategic and requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active role in refining the strategy, and connecting people from multiple regions and functions across the organisation to deliver on our Solutions ambition.

 

You will lead the efforts to refine, implement and execute our bold data strategy globally working with and through multiple teams in L&H Reinsurance to build cohesion around the ambition and strategy and drive execution efforts.

 

  • You will both drive and support initiatives in the context of refining and delivering the Global L&H Solutions strategy
  • Help design roadmaps for delivery, collaborating with regions, Group functions and stakeholders to deliver the strategy
  • Coordinate with the regional teams to ensure strategy is aligned with regional clients needs and regional solutions plans.
  • Identify priorities and key decisions needed to deliver the strategy and orchestrate collaboration and prioritisation to achieve this
  • Manage the day to day running of Solutions towards delivering the strategy, including communications with key management committees e.g. RMT, ROC, PSB, etc.
  • Coordinate with Group functions to secure support for development needs in DSA, IT, Digital Ecosystems, etc.
  • Lead delivery of global solutions to meet regional solutions plans and ensure we deliver on the long term solutions ambition

In L&H Solutions you will join a highly motivated management team, work across our L&H Community of over 1000 colleagues, communicate regularly with senior key stakeholders and be key in clearly steering our solutions efforts.
 

About You

 

  • Ability to develop strategic frameworks and break them down into actionable tasks and projects
  • You are creative and analytical, able to break down complexity, organise yourself, tasks and people around you. You are comfortable with shifting priorities, deadlines, and keep calm under pressure.
  • Strong decision-making skills and flexibility to adapt to changes
  • Superior level of collaboration skills, exceptional team player and ability to establish trust and credibility with internal and external partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills (EQ) paired with being a good communicator. You can read between the lines and listen/react to things that are not being said.
  • Results orientation – clear track record of execution and strong communication skills
