About the Team

 

We are the Innovative Risk Solutions Captive Solutions Team (IRS) and the IRS EMEA Team
We are part of business unit Corporate Solutions and sit in the same department under the same Managing Director, Loredana Mazzoleni-Neglen

 

About the Role 

 

This is an Assistant role amongst IRS Captive Solutions (70%) and IRS EMEA (30%). It is to support these teams and to assume responsibility for the tasks outlined below 

 

Main tasks/responsibilities 

-    Learn about captive solutions and research on latest developments for regular community updates 
-    Manage our global captive database for reliable reference (Excel from 3rd party vendor)
-    Maintain deal pipeline overview for IRS Captive Solutions (Excel, CorSales) 
-    Support further development of marketing material, website, powerpoint slides and brochures on various IRS topics
-    Learn to use CorBI and own the Captive portfolio reporting tasks from this system 
-    Keep a global overview on Captive related events and publications from independent media as well as from brokers and captive managers 
-    Interact with Communications to agree on the communication strategy for IRS Captive Solutions and IRS EMEA
-    Maintain a key contact list (business, media, captive experts) for IRS Captive Solutions
-    Support product campaigns (IRS Captive and IRS EMEA) in cooperation with the campaign leader  
-    Support IRS Captives and IRS EMEA on various ad hoc tasks 
-    Production of presentations (PowerPoint) and reports (various media)  
-    Contribute to the IRS Academy (sessions, material, communication, sustainability of learnings)
-    Ad hoc travel booking support and event management support

 

About You

 

•    Fluent written and spoken German and English 
•    High competence in Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc) 
•    Competence in MS Teams, Sharepoint etc 
•    Highly motivated, curious and active engagement in IRS
•    Creative thinker in words and images  
•    Precise thinker able to translate ideas and concepts to paper for a wide audience 
•    Solid communication skills (verbal, visual and persuasion) to present own ideas and represent IRS
•    Comfortable and confident to build internal network, facilitated by introductions to key stakeholders
