About the Role

The purpose of the role is to conduct a research study about Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). The following areas (not conclusive) are part of the study: DLT Protocols, DLT Operators, DLT Risks, Type of Tokens, Storage Solutions and others. The study should help Swiss Re to talk confidently with peers about the various aspects of DLT.


Main tasks:

  • Systematically interview people / companies
  • Summarize findings, identify and analyze trends, draw up graphs & charts
  • Form well-underpinned opinions to the different research areas; make connections to Swiss Re's business
  • Draw up final research paper


About the Team

The aim of this DLT research paper is to empower Swiss Re to talk with great confidence to clients, service providers, regulators and other relevant industry player about the below Focus Topics of DLT. It should serve as a fundament to make well-informed internal DLT related decisions.


About You

  • Strong interest in Blockchain / DLT
  • Previous experience with research is beneficial
  • Very good analytical skills
  • MS Office proficient
  • Self-starter / intrinsic motivation
  • Independent
