iptiQ EMEA Property & Casualty is a newly built unit within Swiss Re Life Capital, established to deliver digital-native and creative solutions for Property & Casualty (P&C) clients and partners across Europe that engage with consumers in non-traditional ways.

 

iptiQ P&C EMEA is leading a new wave of white label insurance solutions and are focusing heavily on the end users. We are looking for a Creative Graphic UI Designer professional to join our growing team. Responsibilities for UI Designer

  • Improve the look and feel of interactive computers and product software
  • Create overall concepts for the user experience within our products, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
  • Analyze customer responses and website data to figure out high traffic web pages and why some perform better than others
  • Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a product, and be responsible for the overall layout and management of our design systems
  • Build prototypes on a very interactive level to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients and management
  • Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience

 

Qualifications for UI Designer

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI design
  • An excellent portfolio showing your graphic design skills
  • Proficient with visual design programs such as Sketch & Invision
  • Being able to effectively in a fast pace environment to create top-performing interfaces
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize data for the best possible outcome
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple breakthroughs and projects efficiently
  • Professional written and interpersonal skills
  • Continued education and research into UI ideas and formulate a better process for design to dev collaboration
  • Knowledge of how components and scalable components work within the UI field.
