Are you our new INSIS Power User?

 

We are looking for a driven INSIS Power User with experience in PnC insurance operations to join our growing PnC Operational team with location in Bratislava or Zurich.. As a successful candidate, you will report to the XX and have direct influence on the design and development of our unique digital first insurance platform.

 

What we are looking for:

 

The role as Operational INSIS Power User involves you in all aspects of the customer journey, from Policy inception to Payment. In this new role, will be our Single Point of Contact for all user INSIS issues. Give user training, write documentation where needed, monitoring usage, communicate "Best Practice" and set standards are a few of the actions for you. In this role, you will also play a central role in various development project where we shape to future iptiQ as our resident domain expert. Although, this role is not necessarily a technology expert level role – you have to successfully communicate requirements and dependences to our lead engineering /Domain teams. We are an agile team thus experience in this working method and JIRA / Confluence is an extra plus.  

 

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Establish yourself as Operations SPOC for all operational INSIS queries, errors and development issues
  • Contribute to defining the product vision by communicating with all relevant stakeholders including business owners and the development team to make sure the goals are clear.
  • Managing a dedicated backlog of INSIS related issues and ensuring they are prioritized based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
  • Engaging in planning, refinement, review of new developments
  • Active in UAT testing to ensure 0 regression outcome
  • Ensuring that for every process/functionality the relevant events and metrics are propagated to defined systems in order to facilitate the business analytics process.

 

What we look for:

 

  • Experience in insurance/financial industry systems implementation;
  • Expertise in INSIS from an operational insurance point of view,
  • Experience in Agile working environments;
  • Able adjust own work in accordance with the company business strategy and capable to successfully handle multiple projects / tasks at the same time;
  • Able to collaborate effectively with team members, express leadership supporting your views and ideas while being open to different opinions;
  • Proactive and solution-oriented;
  • Interest in working in a multi-cultural, distributed team within Europe;
