Why are we here?

We work at the very core of (re)insurance business. We receive client data from contracts signed between Swiss Re and insurance companies, brokers or big corporates. Our main goal is to ensure we collect money for premium and pay for insurance losses on time.

Who are we?

We are a large community divided into various specialised teams based on the market and line of business. We communicate directly with our external clients: hundreds of insurance companies, brokers and big corporations around the world. Being at the heart of Swiss Re’s business, we receive tremendous amount of data. This triggers strong collaboration with other teams like finance, actuaries, underwriting and client markets based in Zurich, London, Rome, Munich, Bangalore or United States.

What we do?

• Clarify discrepancies and coordinate the financial reconciliation.
