Executive Risk Underwriting Assistant

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Risk portfolio, directly enhancing the productivity of your underwriting team. This position offers exciting opportunities to evaluate and improve team processes, encouraging you to bring innovative solutions that will drive your team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Process data entry, transactions, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and efficiency of account processing.
Own and guide internal procedures and service standards, ensuring compliance requirements are met and exceeded.

The position is flexible to one of the following offices: Kansas City, MO, Chicago, IL, or Alpharetta, GA. Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office three days per week on average.

Essentials:
- Thrives both independently and in team settings.
- Expert in organizing, evaluating, and prioritizing tasks.
- Proven track record of meeting deliverables, implementing plans, and conducting thorough analysis.
- Highly adaptable to frequent system and process changes.
Nice to Haves:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PDF.
- Experience in Executive Risk is a valuable plus.
