About the Team

You will join a dynamic team of Key Account Coordinators working across different locations and with defined sets of strategic clients. While each of us works independently and stays close to our respective client priorities, we are strongly connected as a team — sharing what works, learning from one another, and continuously raising the bar in how we contribute to client management.

We act as a glue within cross-functional teams, helping bring the best of Swiss Re to our clients and the client perspective back into our internal discussions. Our role is to create connection, clarity, and momentum across people, priorities, and deliverables.

We are curious, helpful, and courageous in how we work, generous in how we collaborate, and we bring energy, trust, and a positive spirit to everything we do. We cannot wait to have you join us!

About You

You are a client-focused, proactive, results-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, sound judgment and a collaborative working style. You are comfortable working in a complex stakeholder environment with different priorities and evolving business needs, naturally remaining positive and keeping a clear focus on quality and execution.

You bring curiosity, initiative and a structured approach to problem-solving. You communicate clearly, build trusted relationships across teams and stay composed when timelines are tight or priorities shift.

Additional requirements include:

  • 2-4 years' experience in a similar role or related field, such as reinsurance, insurance, financial services or a client-facing professional environment.
  • Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced stakeholder environment.
