About the role

 

Your key focus in this role will be on developing and implementing impactful marketing communications strategies that will drive differentiation and positioning of Swiss Re as a P&C solutions provider. You will be the primary marketing communications manager for the P&C Solutions unit and responsible for advising and supporting the respective management team on strategic communication activities.

 

The successful candidate:

  • Develops, implements and steers integrated marketing communication campaigns with a strong emphasis on awareness building and pipeline generation
  • Defines and implements effective mix of marketing communications tools (events, digital channels, paid and earned media, etc.) and leverages data & analytics to measure and optimise effectiveness
  • Crafts and orchestrates compelling content supporting internal, marketing, media and leadership communications activities
  • Provides strategic communication counsel and support to the Head of P&C Solutions
  • Works in close collaboration with colleagues in the business and Group Communications across the globe

About you

 

You have:

  • A University degree, Master's preferred in corporate communications, marketing, public relations, journalism, political science or similar field
  • Min. 8 years of professional experience in the field of B2B marketing
  • Experience in fintech/insurtech environment
  • Proven track record designing and executing marketing communications strategies and campaigns
  • Strong strategic, analytical and conceptual capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding storytelling and writing skills
  • Strong influencing/negotiation capabilities
  • A collaborative, engaging, positive team player
  • An energetic, diplomatic and flexible person
  • Committed to high quality, also under pressure
  • Demonstrating "can-do" attitude, results-driven and a self-starter
