About the role

 

Corporate Real Estate & Services (CRES) Americas is looking for a Marketing & Communications Analyst. You will directly report to the Employee Engagement Manager.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of high-quality briefing documents such as; real estate portfolio updates, regional data and metrics, and ad-hoc presentations and reporting. You support and deputize the Employee Engagement Manager with internal communications and change management for real estate and global service projects, and regional operations initiatives. You support CRES Americas Regional Center Operations with topics related to customer experience, analytics and administration.

Your creativity and innovative skills, as well as excellent analytical and conceptual skills will strengthen the team!

About You

 

  • Minimum bachelor's degree: marketing or communications preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, commercial real estate marketing preferred
  • Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations
  • Storytelling ability, strong written and verbal communication skills and integrity when communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and love for marketing
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and solid knowledge of other Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) and a strong sense for visual design in PowerPoint.
  • Fast learner; strong analytical skills and problem-solving approach
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work effectively in global team setting; deliver on tight deadlines
  • A collaborative, engaging, positive team player, comfortable with disrupting the status-quo, inspiring mind shift changes and are not shy to be a challenger, propelling the team to new heights
  • A result driven, "can do”, self-starter personality
