A key part of our L&H transformation agenda is ensuring disciplined execution of strategic priorities across global and market-unit levels, while driving improvements across the L&H value chain.
In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Challenge the status quo: Be ready to drive innovative solutions and seek alternative approaches to achieve the best outcome for SwissRe L&H
- Delivery alignment: Partner with L&H Business leaders to ensure alignment, timely decisions and successful initiatives that move beyond experimentation and embed new capabilities into underwriting, claims, in-force management and operations
- Execution excellence: Strengthen project, program and portfolio management standards across L&H; ensure strategic initiatives are governed, prioritized and executed with clear accountability and measurable impact
- Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a change agent and connector between business, market units, governance forums, and Data & Tech teams to ensure alignment
