U.S. Medical Reinsurance Intern
Join an internship role where you will work on a number of projects and provide support for the full spectrum of US Medical Reinsurance underwriting services, including client management with a focus on HMO Re and Managed Care business! About the Role:
During your internship, you will work closely with the entire team, which includes actuaries, underwriters, account managers, and claim experts. You will be integrated into the medical team's activities and interactions, gaining hands-on experience in the roles of a client manager and underwriter, as well as immersing yourself in Swiss Re's culture.
Your projects will be supervised by assigned project sponsors and will involve research, analysis, and the presentation of findings and recommendations. You will work on specific and meaningful projects, contributing to the team's overall objectives and gaining valuable insights into the field of medical reinsurance.

About You:
You are an ambitious and energetic team player with excellent written and oral communication skills. You are a confident communicator who can engage with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders in person, in writing, and in online meetings. Your flexibility and curiosity enable you to quickly learn new skills and adapt to different work environments.

For Armonk, the base salary will be $20-$30 per hour, depending on location, qualifications, projected graduation year and/or highest degree held.
