  • Be part of team of application engineers focusing on Treasury and Finance applications, helping to embed our culture of continuous improvement and be a key person in demanding projects.
  • Contribute to the design, implementation and maintenance of new features / components / interfaces / documentation of our platforms, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code focusing on simplicity, performance, maintainability and automation.
  • Help us appraise and then deliver new, innovative and creative ideas & technologies to evolve our platforms

About the team

We are a small, dynamic and international team of experienced specialists that design, build and operate the Treasury InfoTech landscape in collaboration with our business partners. We follow agile methodologies and apply DevOps practices. We are actively focusing on the Microsoft Azure as a cloud solution for our future landscape.

About You

You are a result-driven experienced software engineer, passionate about your craft and eager to grow further, comfortable meeting (sometimes tight) deadlines and confidently taking ownership. You have a desire to deliver sustainable solutions and develop your skills and knowledge about the platforms on you will be working on, both the technical aspects and how they are used by our business partners. You are comfortable working in multi-dimensional agile teams with direct involvement from business SMEs and care about security, quality, user experience, documentation, testing, team spirit and the overall big picture. Finally, you want to put clean code principles into practice on large code bases.

Reqyuirement:

  • Minimum 2 years and maximum of 5 years hands-on experience and a degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong Java skills with experience with the whole ecosystem including exposure to the Spring Framework, Java EE, Hibernate, Maven and more
  • Experience and understanding of relational databases, data modelling and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud technologies is a plus (Azure)
  • Front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular is a plus
  • A keen interest in delivering with high quality and maintainability
  • Strong desire to understand and contribute to the big picture through optimization of the underlying processes
  • Enjoy solving challenging problems, both technical and functional
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly proficient in English (written and verbal)
