About the Team:
 

You will be a part of a highly motivated and experienced team of Property & Casualty (P&C) Reinsurance business operations, handling end-to-end administration of reinsurance contracts. We have a strong link to the other P&C Reinsurance teams and collaborate daily to deliver best service and most value to our clients.
 

About the Role:

Key responsibilities:
 

• Assist in handling Client submissions of Reinsurance contracts

• Processing of client reinsurance accounts (premiums, claims, brokerage, etc.) ensure quality standards are met

• Capture accurate claim information by referring to claim advice after checking contract documents/conditions

• Ensure financial transactions/payments are in adherence to processes and guidelines, quality management framework and key

controls

• Timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable), keeping track of financials for the team.

• Timely follow-ups and escalation of issues to management and/or senior management as appropriate

• Manage assigned tasks effectively to achieve agreed service/business standards

• Contact internal business partners to resolve any long pending operational issues

• Any other ad-hoc/admin related tasks as required from time to time that are deemed appropriate for this role
 

About you:

Requirements:
 

• Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Insurance, or related fields.

• Good written and verbal interpersonal skills in English

• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Proactive attitude, self-motivated, team player and ability to learn

• Flexibility in work timings
