About the Role

The Apprentice will provide AI and automation support to the Global Finance Operations & Transformation (GFO&T) team, focusing on optimizing accounting and reporting processes. The role aims to enhance efficiency, reduce control risks, and support the team in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support the identification and implementation of AI and automation solutions to streamline accounting and reporting processes. 

  • Assist in developing tools and processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and mitigate control risks. 

  • Collaborate with team members to understand existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation. 

  • Leverage advanced tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, Python, and SQL to design and implement solutions. 

  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements using AI and automation technologies. 

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and contribute to maintaining a robust control environment. 

  • Support the team in day-to-day activities and ad hoc projects as required.

Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent. 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Python, and SQL. 

Preferred: 

  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their application in process automation/enhancement.
