About the Role
As Apprentice, you'll serve as the critical link to our Market Units team working closely with outsourced partners, ensuring efficient claims processing / underwriting policy administration tasks / credit control tasks while maintaining rigorous quality standards. Your will help us deliver exceptional service to our stakeholders across the Asia & Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer/process low touch P&C Claims with precision and attention to detail in line with SOP and SLA aderence
- Timely and accurate processing of data in admin system
- Timely cash flow management from/to external parties
- Understand and adhere to KPIs internally and in collaboration with outsource partners
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate data and reporting
- Identify deviations/errors and follow through with appropriate corrective actions
- Support audit activities and prepare requested information for auditors
- Facilitate UAT and implementation of system enhancements
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required

We are looking for apprentice who comes with :
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
- Ability to work with MS Excel and reports/data seamlessly
- Excellent business communication and cross-cultural skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt and learn in a multifaceted environment by demonstrating a strong team player skill sets.
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week
