About the Master Data Management (MDM) Team 
• We are a team of expert business analysts and software engineers, spread across multiple locations around the globe, driving the MDM function at Swiss Re. 
• We are responsible for driving all stages of software development including business analysis, solution design, application architecture, development, testing, roll-out and operational platform management for nearly 1000 master and reference data sets.  

• We are the main contact for our internal clients and business partners for the MDM processes, technology platform and knowledge. 

 

 
About the Role 

 

The role requires following tasks to be performed:

 

  • Perform QA tasks that requires both manual / automation testing and other related QA tasks.
  • Develop test automation scripts.
  • Contribute towards QA tasks for multiple technological platforms that are part of MDM landscape.
  • Collaborate with developers and analysts.
  • Analyze test results for improvements.

 

 
About You 

 

We're looking for an entry level Quality assurance professional who has proven track record of contributing the QA related assignments, who has a passion for technology and problem-solving to join our customer-focused team. Ideal candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's or master's in IT or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of QA experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following - Selenium, Postman, TOSCA.
  • QA experience with MDM (preferably TIBCO EBX) or data products like  Datawarehouse / Metadata management is advantageous.
  • A collaborative spirit with experience in an agile software development environment.
