SwiftRe® offers online facultative reinsurance coverage in P&C, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any computer. It covers the entire value chain from placing and managing risks to overseeing the accounting and claims. Our vision is to grow the business beyond USD 1bn by 2026 and become relevant to the group while playing a critical role in the digitalization and automation transformation process. We have embarked on an exciting journey to build the Digital Channel for Swiss Re growing to cover all Lines of Business, Facultative, Facility and Treaty.

SwiftRe® Assist was launched in 2022 and acts as a link between various partners of SwiftRe® clients, underwriters, market representatives, client accounts specialists and IT team. It strives to solve all the SwiftRe® tool related front office queries in a quick and efficient manner. SwiftRe® Assist provides also onboarding, training of new clients as well as the appropriate product configuration.

About the role

  • Support with fine-tuning the existing processes, guidelines and working instructions.
  • Providing an outstanding Customer support by ensuring the highest standards of customer service as well as coverage during the business hours of our clients
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Find innovative and simplified solutions for the tasks to be performed.
  • Work in close collaboration with the cross functional teams in Bengaluru BSC as well as in other locations.

About You

  • Graduate or post-graduate in Science, Commerce or Business Administration
  • At least 3+ years of experience in (re)insurance sector in P&C and in handling customer queries
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Spanish would be a plus.
  • "Can do" mentality, demonstrate flexibility and deal with ambiguity.
  • Teammate with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Cross-group networking ability (play as one to win)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
