About the team SwiftRe Assist

SwiftRe® Assist is a new global lean and dedicated team which will act as a link between various partners of SwiftRe® clients, underwriters, market representatives, client accounts specialists and IT team. SwiftRe® Assist provides onboarding, training of new clients as well as the appropriate product configuration. Quick pre and post bind solutions to all the SwiftRe® clients. It strives to solve all the SwiftRe® tool related queries before and after binding of contracts in a quick and efficient manner. Thus being the first client contact for all After Sales inquiries. In case of not immediate resolution to process further to the respective IT / internal teams.

 

You should therefore be able to work with various colleagues within Swiss Re and ensure good cross functional collaboration. Excellent communication and client focus are the foundation of your role.

 

About the role

  • Support the initial phase with creating processes, guidelines and working instructions but also helping to structure the team set up
  • Providing outstanding client support to differentiate not just SwiftRe but Swiss Re as a company
  • Onboarding of new clients
  • Find innovative and simplified solutions for the tasks to be performed
  • Work in close collaboration with the cross functional teams in Bangalore BSC as well as in other locations

 

Educational background

  • Graduate or post-graduate in Science, Commerce or Business Administration.

 

Professional experience

  • At least 2+ years of experience in (re)insurance sector in P&C
  • 2+ years of experience in handling customer queries

 

Language

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa or German
  • Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese would be a plus
