Central Outsourcing Services Expert

About the Role

 

The Central Outsourcing Services (COS) Expert plays a key role in strengthening the data, reporting, and performance analytics capabilities that support Corso's outsourced Operations landscape.

This role focuses on building and enhancing standardized reporting, performance transparency, and analytics frameworks that enable effective oversight and informed decision-making across global operations.

The position contributes to the continued evolution of a scalable, data-driven operating model and partners closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure consistent, high-quality performance insights.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Performance Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and performance reports for outsourced operational services
  • Define and document KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and reporting logic
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources into structured, decision-ready insights
  • Ensure consistent reporting cadence (e.g., monthly and quarterly performance reviews)
  • Provide analytical commentary and trend insights to support leadership discussions
 

Data Governance & Quality

  • Establish clear data definitions and reporting standards in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Perform periodic validation and reconciliation of performance data
  • Maintain documentation of KPI methodologies and reporting processes
  • Support audit and governance requirements related to operational performance data

 

Insight Generation & Decision Support

  • Conduct trend analysis and performance diagnostics
  • Provide analytical support for capacity planning and productivity assessments
  • Develop early indicators and structured insights to support proactive management
  • Translate complex operational data into clear, executive-level summaries

 

Reporting Infrastructure & Continuous Enhancement

  • Partner with Digital & Technology teams to enhance reporting automation and scalability
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of dashboards and analytics tools
  • Support initiatives that enhance data transparency and operational efficiency
  • Help evolve a scalable analytics framework aligned with long-term operational strategy

 

About the Team

 

Central Outsourcing Services (COS) supports Corso's  global Operations organization by providing structured governance, performance visibility, and data-driven insights across outsourced services.

The team works cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Digital & Technology, and external service providers to ensure consistent standards and transparent performance management.

 

About You

 

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in operations analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting
  • Experience working with large data sets and operational KPIs
  • Background in financial services or insurance is an advantage

 

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI (or equivalent BI tool)
  • Strong analytical and data modeling capabilities
  • Experience with KPI development and performance dashboards
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar data querying tools preferred

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to structure complex information into clear insights
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment
