About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing operations team where your analytical mindset, financial acumen, and collaborative energy will directly contribute to the success of Swiss Re's Direct/Primary insurance business. Based in Bangalore, you'll work across time zones and functions, supporting everything from cash flow management to regulatory reporting — all while building meaningful relationships with stakeholders around the globe.
Key Responsibilities

Timely cash flow management from/to external parties

Collaborate with external service providers on daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to SLAs and consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs

Manage stakeholder relationships and deliver global reporting with clarity and precision

Ensure the effectiveness of audit and quality control frameworks, promoting compliance with the Division's control standards

Portfolio analysis to Underwriting & Actuary

Support internal requirements for financial closings and reporting

Enable Corporate Solutions' regulatory reporting

Support audit activities by preparing and presenting requested information to auditors in a timely and accurate manner

Perform data analysis and communicate findings and insights clearly to relevant stakeholders
Additional responsibilities include:

Collaborate with UAs & MGA Managers to implement an effective and efficient process

Support UAT planning and execution

Support implementation of regional/global project deployments

Support the yearly Business Continuity exercise

Adhoc reporting requirements

You'll be joining the CorSo Central Operations APAC team — a dynamic group sitting at the core of Swiss Re's Direct/Primary insurance operations across the Asia & Pacific region. We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Complete understanding of accounting concepts and financial reporting

Strong data analytics capabilities with hands-on proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Python, or equivalent platforms

Excellent business communication and cross-cultural skills, both verbal and written

Ability to adapt and learn in a multifaceted environment by demonstrating a strong team player skill sets

Strong attention to detail and willingness to work with data, trackers, and reports

Ability to follow instructions, ask questions, and learn structured processes

Good ownership mindset, learning agility, and ability to manage assigned tasks within timelines

Interest in finance operations, insurance/reinsurance, credit control, or business operations
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office at least three days per week.
