We, in the Credit Analysis team, are currently seeking for highly motivated Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. Your role will be to identify risk worth taking while steering away from risk that could destabilize Corporate Solutions. About the Role
In this role, you will work with colleagues in diverse functions including underwriting, risk management and legal. In addition to the day-to-day tasks, you will contribute to activities linked to the elaboration and implementation of the strategy of Corporate Solution.

You will be a key member of the team responsible for:
- Support the Credit Analysis team in maintaining and constantly improving the Insurance Counterparty Credit Risk monitoring framework for Corporate Solutions business.
- Development of new monitoring and portfolio analysis techniques from both risk and profitability perspective using powerful data platforms.
- Coordinating the overall Insurance related credit risk portfolio steering and risk mitigation processes
- Contribute to forward looking tactical and strategical decisions through a coordinated process to determine the optimal target liability portfolio.
- Leading key Corporate strategic development initiatives both in data analysis and portfolio steering
- Accurate and timely reporting of all Corporate Solutions insurance credit exposures for International Programs, Structured Fronting and Innovative Risk Solutions business
- Contribution towards shaping up data and technology driven transformation and solve business problems using cutting-edge technology to ensure profitable business and foster growth ambitions.
About You
- Minimum 4 years experience in credit portfolio management, risk reporting, risk management, especially in banking or insurance is preferred; actuarial and/or credit risk management experience a plus
- Good knowledge and understanding of credit aggregation, global macroeconomics, financial markets and credit-related products; experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry a plus
- Well-developed IT skills – Microsoft Office and some programming language (python/ SQL or pyspark)
- Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, pragmatism and firm judgment
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
- You thrive in a dynamic team and enjoy sharing knowledge and learning from others
- Strong academic background with a relevant post graduate degree and/or MBA / CFA / CA
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) a must; German or other European languages a plus
- Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) skills on advanced level
