About the Role
As our Project Manager for the Data Management and Insights (Asia) team, you'll be the driving force behind our delivery excellence, process optimization, and team collaboration. You'll leverage your organizational expertise and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining the highest quality standards across multiple Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery management for medium to low complexity projects and BAU activities, coordinating with teams across Asia to align scope, handoffs, and timelines
- Develop detailed project plans including milestones and week-by-week schedules, run effective stand-ups, and maintain accurate tracking systems
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies early, driving resolution and maintaining comprehensive decision logs
- Create leadership-ready communications including concise status updates, polished presentations, and clear escalation paths
- Establish and maintain processes by creating documentation, newsletters, and organizing document repositories for better knowledge management
- Ensure quality control through reconciliation and validation packs that meet target market standards
- Track key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, defect rates, and data quality metrics
- Foster team collaboration by sharing best practices across Asian markets and building reliable backup plans for peak periods
- Support knowledge sharing initiatives and strengthen the DMI Asia community to leverage collective strengths
About the Team
The Data Management & Insights [DMI] team (Asia) is responsible for making client data accessible to stakeholders by systematically acquiring and ingesting it. The team also utilizes advanced analytics techniques to generate valuable insights for L&H Reinsurance.
Since the entire team is in Bangalore, we are looking for this candidate to be in Bangalore for the best experience.

You're a detail-oriented project manager who thrives in multicultural environments and understands the nuances of working across different Asian markets. Your ability to balance process discipline with practical flexibility makes you an ideal candidate for our team. You take pride in creating clarity from complexity and enjoy building bridges between technical and business stakeholders to deliver meaningful results.
We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
- Proven project management experience with demonstrated ability to plan tasks effectively and align deliverables with objectives
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience consulting on project management processes, governance, and deliverables
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Experience with Agile methodologies including conducting Scrum or Kanban sessions and adapting to shifting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and markets
These are additional nice to haves:
- Knowledge of PowerBI or other reporting tools
- Experience working in data management, analytics, or related fields
- Understanding of data quality principles and practices
- Experience working with teams across multiple Asian markets
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project tracking tools
