About the Role
As part of the central DevSecOps team, you will design, implement, and operate solutions that support our enterprise infrastructure and security requirements. You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD platforms, while driving automation and operational excellence across cloud and on-prem environments.
You will work closely with development, platform, and security teams globally, taking end-to-end ownership of DevSecOps capabilities and continuously improving the developer and operational experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate hybrid infrastructure platforms across public and private cloud environments.
- Administer and support Linux and Windows systems, including web servers and load-balancing components.
- Deploy, operate, and maintain containerized workloads and Kubernetes platforms.
- Implement and manage CI/CD and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Manage artifact repositories and integrations with build and deployment tools.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Ensure security, compliance, and vulnerability remediation across platforms.
- Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
- Collaborate with development and upstream/downstream teams to enable reliable application delivery.
- Provide operational support in high-availability production environments.
About you
- 8-9 years of total IT experience including experience in DevSecOps / Platform Engineering.
- Strong administration skills on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Practical experience on IT landscape (Containers, Infrastructure as Code, Automated Deployments, Microservices, Public Cloud, Security and Monitoring)
- Hands-on experience with artifact management tools (JFrog Artifactory preferred).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, SSL/TLS, and security best practices.
- Solid knowledge of DevSecOps principles and experience working with CI/CD Platform.
- Good understanding of build tools such as Maven, Gradle, NPM, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills leveraging application and system logs across public and private cloud environments.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Clear and effective communication with cross-functional teams
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning
- Provides / generates ideas and carry out Proof of Concepts (PoC), to shorten the feedback loops
- Familiarity with GENAI tools and Concepts
