Digital Transformation Analyst

As the Digital Transformation Analyst, you will be a key driver in execution and implementation of International program growth and transformative initiatives. Your role involves combining companies' strategic vision with hands-on execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of initiatives that align with the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Project Implementation and Execution:

  • Lead the execution of digital transformation projects, from planning to deployment.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate new digital tools and systems.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions before full-scale rollout


2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
   - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and other stakeholders, to bring transformative products from concept to reality.
   - Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and creativity across teams.

 

3. Business Case Development:

  • Create detailed business cases for proposed digital transformation initiatives, outlining costs, benefits, risks, and timelines.
  • Present business cases to stakeholders and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational strategy and priorities.

4. Benefits Realization:

  • Develop and track metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives against established business cases.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess whether anticipated benefits were achieved

 5. Stakeholder Engagement:

  •  Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, operation heads and product heads to aligning the goal of projects and resolving the risks and scope
  •  Influence for a user-centric design approach, ensuring that transformative products meet the needs and expectations of end-users.

6. Market Research and Analysis:

  •    - Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation within the industry.

7. Risk Management:

  •    - Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation, ensuring successful delivery.

 

8. Metrics and Performance Monitoring:
   - Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of transformative products.
   - Continuously monitor and assess the impact of changes on business performance


9. Change Management:
    - Collaborate with the Change Management Team to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of transformative products across the organization.


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.); Master degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in product/service consulting and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Previous experience in successfully delivering and executing transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of strategic product management, design thinking, and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
