HR Partner
About the Role:
Business Partnering:
- Oversee and collaborate the delivery and timeline of HR core processes (Continuous performance management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Annual Compensation Review, Employee engagement surveys, Employee Life Cycle Activities).
- Drive HR initiatives and projects and reinforce policies & practices. Devising solutions where necessary within policy framework
- Participating in projects and/or contributing to projects in terms of HR improvement
- Local HR contact point for business stakeholder for topics in relation to HR
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers on handling employee issues.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and ensure that follow-up activities and requirements are properly documented and cascaded appropriately
Compensation & Benefits:
- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive pay and benefit structures.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and recommend adjustments.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Create insights and synthesize data and information to enhance understanding of the business and performance relating to key KPI measures
- Offer detailed insights and comprehensive analysis to support the business in its decision-making processes.
Diversity & Inclusion:
Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives and support the development of an inclusive workplace culture.
About You
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management desirable
Languages
- Knowledge of local languages desirable
Professional Experience and Skills
- 10 to 12 years of progressive Human Resources or Equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of local legislation, benefits, and market trends
- Ability to collaborate with, and effectively influence key stakeholders
- Competency to successfully managing change projects
- Experience in working in global organizations with matrix organizational set up
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to handle ambiguity
- Complex problem solving
