Head PEX Operations R&C
As Head Process Excellence in Operations Risk & Compliance, you will have the opportunity to work as a senior in a highly motivated, dynamic Operations Risk and Compliance team. You will be reporting to Head Operations Risk & Compliance to deliver critical process and control improvements to support strong and sustainable execution.
Your responsibilities will include:

For critical focus areas with known risk exposures, define, coordinate and successfully deliver projects, including agreeing ownership and accountabilities across the business.

Drive accountability with subject matter experts and process owners to effectively define and document the process landscape via process mapping tools and in SOPs. Include thresholds, regional or line of business variations, system behaviours and operating models to clearly articulate control behaviours

Drive data led storytelling to create transparency and management oversight regarding risk mitigation and process improvements

Represent R&C Ops in driving strong prioritisation within the business and within IT teams for development, including prioritisation to deliver compliance by design

Work with diverse teams across Operations and CorSo, regions and locations to develop KPI and other views to support steering with facts, and validate Process Adherence

Collaborate within the team, and control functions to define or validate that appropriate control and quality frameworks are in place to support performance oversight

Manage our spend on external services and data provider with a value generation mindset

Deliver strong change management, including communications and training plans
About you:

You are an experienced project management and change management leader in planning, structuring, leading and completing cross-functional, global projects

You are passionate to deliver value to the organisation by creating measurable and sustainable solutions to known challenges

You understand risks and have a curiosity to learn more

You are able to succinctly translate ideas into clear and consistent priorities as well as an easy-to-understand story line

You are a hands-on leader able to develop and mobilise juniors in the team, and and drive of implementation efforts across the organisation
Desirable:

Agile, Lean or Six Sigma certification
