About the role

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to become part of the HR Digitisation & Automation team, which has been on an exciting journey to craft our cloud-based offerings! To support the team, we are looking for an experienced professional who will support Time Management - APAC (Australia, China, Hong Kong, India (Bangalore and Mumbai), Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore).

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) within HR for all time management – APAC system related topics
  • Supporting the implementation of change requests starting with collecting requirements, writing concepts, support implementation, testing, roll out and finally productive support
  • Supporting the incident management process in close agreement with IT counterparts to ensure fast resolution of issues and report back to business stakeholders
  • Supporting WorkForce releases, and roadmaps for new/changed features and capabilities.
  • Deputizing team-mates as needed

About the team

We are the global HR Digitisation & Automation team that runs the HR technology agenda with big vendors (SuccessFactors, ADP, WorkForce) and we close gaps with specific solutions. We have a fully integrated cloud landscape using SuccessFactors. We are live with time management on WorkForce in a total of 16 countries.

Our approach is fully supported by agile methodologies to ensure end-to-end responsibility, quicker time to market and to help us center our work on the customer experience we want to deliver. We look after the functional aspects of these systems and advise HR how technology and its innovation can best support their topics and processes. We ensure smooth operations and support and drive projects to further develop and digitize solutions provided to line managers, employees and HR.

About you

  • A professional who is passionate about HR and HR processes and has a minimum of 8 years of working experience out of which minimum 3 years is with WorkForce Time and Attendance.
  • Has developed expertise in areas related to time management for various countries.
  • Has deep client-facing, consulting experience within project and change management (ideally SCRUM).
  • An excellent team orientated individual with strong business insight, a client service mindset and a knowledge of various time management policies.
  • Extensive experience with test/release management and willing to take full accountability of the testing in your area of responsibility
  • Very flexible when working with colleagues from around the world.
  • Strong data analytical skills and are proficient in Excel.
  • Has good communication and presentation skills and are can liaise with all levels of employees across different business functions.
  • A strong results-oriented individual who can navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
