About The Role
We are seeking an Academy Manager to join our global Risk Engineering Services (RES) team. This role is perfect for a great teammate eager to work in an international environment and pass on knowledge. Reporting directly to the Risk Engineering Services Centre Head, the key responsibilities are as follow :
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs for Risk Engineers across different Lines of Business (Property, Casualty, Energy, Climate)
- Provide technical training for underwriters
- Structure, organize and manage periodic technical knowledge training sessions on new loss prevention topics / technologies; Consistency training sessions; Loss lessons
- Periodic review of the existing learning pathways and develop new learning pathways for achieving skillset for different Industries in consultation with Industry Team Leads
- Organizing, coordination of hands-on training (e.g. Fire Protection systems) for RES as and when required
- Organize, maintain and keep up dated the knowledge database
- Apply creativity to enhance how Risk Engineering learning can be used as a market differentiator
- Actively promote training activities on LinkedIn to attract talent.

About You
- Master’s or Bachelor´s degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences
- Strong organizational and presenting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient digital literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office products, Sharepoint, GenAI tools, work with databases and data analytics)
- Several years experience as a risk engineer (e.g. working for a primary insurance carrier or loss prevention service provider) – including international experience (e.g. fire protection standards) is a plus
- Business sense and flexibility, self-managed, ambitious attitude

- creative with problem solving skills
- Language skills: English (business proficient) - any European language will be a plus
