Operations Risk Analyst

Summary

Are you keen to support the business manage their risks efficiently and effectively, making an impact on a global level, and growing your experience? As a Risk Analyst, you will be a part of the highly motivated Operations Risk and Compliance team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, drive and continuously improve our functional view of Risks and Controls.
  • Plan, run and document the quarterly Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process with senior stakeholders within the Operations function, and contribute meaningful content on ongoing audits, Issues under management and other factors which may have an impact on the risk.
  • Drive timely and effective reporting, management and closure of Issues, by performing pre-closure assessment.
  • Manage our process documentation, in lead up to audit cycles.
  • Support the business be audit, ready by applying lessons learned, supporting pre-audit assessments and completion of Management Self Assessments as part of audit cycles.
  • Drive execution on risk related projects for high quality and timely execution, including monitoring of execution.
  • Support the team plan, execute and improve monitoring activities, such as monitoring of outsourced services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-BU teams to deliver effective compliance with scale.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong sense of personal accountability, attention to detail and outcome driven
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in Risk Management or Audit functions with a proven track record of effective communication, collaboration and managing senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivated, and able to gain energy working in a fast-paced environment.
