Quality DevSecOps Engineer

Functional Title : Quality Engineer in DevSecOps

A quality engineer in DevSecOps is a key player in ensuring the quality of the software throughout the lifecycle.

 

About you

Experience: You have at least 10+ years of total IT experience as a Test Analyst / Test Lead with experience in Performance and Automation testing.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong experience in Performance testing with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter.
  • Working knowledge in Automation testing with tools like Selenium / TOSCA and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Solid background of SDLC with good understanding of modern software development practices (Agile, Scrum).
  • Proven experience in managing the test tools and its hosting infrastructure with good understanding of technologies like web/application servers and databases will be an added benefit.
  • Experience with at least one scripting / programming language (e.g.: PowerShell or Python or Java)

DevOps Knowledge: Familiarity with DevSecOps methodologies and tools, including containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), cloud services (e.g., Azure), and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).

Communication and Analytical Skills:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills with ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and changing requirements and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
