Senior API Architect
As Senior API Architect, you are an experienced professional with a hands-on mentality and operational skills. In particular, you possess
- 8+ years of engineering expert knowledge in an enterprise infrastructure environment, as an IT professional
- Extensive automation background with strong code writing skills in Java and knowledge of modern frameworks like Spring Boot and understanding of an enterprise network and its challenges in global deployment.
- Deep expertise in API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and infrastructure automation - Strong Terraform, Ansible, and Python skills for infrastructure and security automation.
- Knowledge of API gateways, OAuth2 grant types and token-based access control as well as of modern web application architecture (SPAs)
- Conceptual knowledge in the areas of Cloud Network services, secure gateways, WAFs, DDI, CDN, SDWAN, LAN, firewalls, and Internet breakouts/proxies
- Ability to nurture a positive Engineering culture, client-oriented behaviour and can-do attitude
- Ability to work in high-scale, complex enterprise environments and build automated, fault-tolerant integrations.
