Senior Analyst Partner Management


About the role:


This is your opportunity to join the exciting world of the global business intelligence team of Reinsurance Client Governance, Business Operations. The team acts as centralized facilitator for the global Reinsurance community and Group Functions in organizing, managing and maintaining core data and KYC information of Swiss Re's external business partners.

 

This position is part of Partner Management & Analytics Team under Reinsurance Client Governance team for Reinsurance, will have responsibility to support the Partner Management activities including Partner data governance. Maintaining continuous attention to partner data quality involves identifying and executing tasks to preserve the data within the Partner data management system for Business Partners. The position includes evaluating and streamlining different risk management standards for Partner Data Management activities, as well as ensuring that necessary corrective measures are implemented.



Principal Responsibilities
:


  • Primary responsibilities are centered on partner data governance.
  • Advise and support various stakeholders from business community on partner data requisites and maintenance.
  • Responsible for managing the Know Your Customer (KYC) process for partners.
  • Perform checks and execute risk control standards for Partner Management.
  • Manage International Trade Control (ITC) risk control mechanism in close collaboration with Compliance & Governance functions.
  • Recommend, manage, and execute data improvement actions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Leading improvement projects & implementing lean principles / methodologies.
  • Enhancing services and abilities for handling partner data along with spearheading different data cleansing projects.
  • Establish and maintain Partner and Contact data KPI framework.
  • Find ways to improve, standardize, and simplify the process reports.

The Partner Management & Analytics Team is part of the Reinsurance Client Governance, Business Operations division — a centralized and dynamic hub that serves as the backbone of Swiss Re's global Reinsurance community and Group Functions. The team specializes in organizing, managing, and maintaining core data and KYC information for Swiss Re's extensive network of external business partners. With a global reach and a collaborative spirit, the team plays a critical role in upholding data integrity, compliance standards, and governance excellence across the reinsurance landscape. About you:


The successful candidate should have or be able to build strong relevant content knowledge and a proficient understanding in managing, maintaining, and promoting data management & adherence to Compliance guidelines for strong governance. A strong team player and have a good sense for priorities and experience in assessing and addressing business needs.



Job requirements:

  • Graduate / Post-graduate in Business Management or similar.
  • 3-4 years' experience as a Research Analyst; especially in Business research, KYC & Analysis.
  • Expertise in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & MS Teams.
  • Good understanding of Governance and Risk Control framework for CRM tools.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to deliver results in time.
  • Must be capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Working experience with various countries and cultures would be a plus.
  • Insurance Certification/ experience would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Visualization tools would be a plus.
